Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Possibly a Member of the Paston Family, British (English) School. 18th century. Half-length portrait of a man, turned slightly to the right, with powdered wig, plain white stock and frogged coat, within painted trompe l'oeuil frame. Inscribed white '198' l.l. Marked on reverse in pencil on frame '198'. Sticky label on stretcher '37396'. Label at bottom of frame 'Henry'.
