Summary
A gilt deal and later painted breakfront cabinet stand, probably English or Dutch, late 17th century. With six legs carved with griffin heads and floral scrolls joined by a pierced carved apron incorporating putti and flower heads.
Provenance
Purchased by the National Trust with the family collection of Lacock Abbey contents in situ from Mrs. Petronella Burnett-Brown in December 2009.
