Summary
A child's late 19th or early 20th century cream coloured long sleeved silk dress (circa 1890 to circa 1920). The dress opens at the back and is closed by four mother of pearl buttons, one of which is missing. The neck and sleeve edges have cotton lace edging. The wristbands, hem and neck are decorated with feather stitching and straight stitch. There are pintucks on the sleeve and skirt. The silk is shattered in places and there are brown stains.
