Summary
Oil painting on canvas (oval), Zachary Bayly Esq, attributed to Thredder (fl. Kingston Lacy, 1702), circa 1702. An oval portrait of a man, head-and-shoulders to left, facing, wearing a violet cloak over blue with a white collar. in carved and gilt bunched leaf frame. One of a set of three portraits (see NT 222683 and NT 222684).
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Edgar Graham Lister (1873 – 1956) with the house and collection of furniture in 1956.
