Summary
Separate stand for a quatrefoil shaped Meissen Ecuelle (broth bowel), one of a pair, in hard paste porcelain, painted in colourful enamels with Watteauesque figures in a garden landscape, scattered naturalistic flowers and gold line bands. Meissen, circa 1748-55. Meissen crossed swords makers mark in blue enamel on the base.
