Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Charles Graham, 3rd Viscount Preston (1706 - 1739) by Enoch Seeman the younger (Gdańsk c.1694 – London 1744). A three-quarter-length portrait of a young man, standing, wearing velvet and ermine peer robes, silver coat, white lace neck tie and grey wig. In his right hand he holds a coronet, his left rests on his swordbelt.
