Caption
The Hon.William Booth Grey was the second son of George Harry Grey, 5th Earl of Stamford (1737-1819) and Henrietta Cavendish-Bentinck (1737-1827) daughter of the 2nd Duke of Portland. His first wife was Frances Anne Price, whom he married in 1802. He took as his second wife, in 1838, the Hon. Frances Somerville (d. 23 October 1849), sister of the 16th Lord Somerville. He died without children.

A half-length portrait of a young man, facing, head turned to the right, gazing to the right, wearing a brown, high-collared coat, white waistcoat and white cravat. Brown curly hair brushed forward. Red drape behind. The second son of the 5th Earl of Stamford.
