Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Letitia Isabella Smith, Lady Robartes, later Countess Radnor (c.1630 - 1714) by Sir Peter Lely (Soest 1618 – London 1680) and Studio. A three-quarter-length portrait of the 2nd wife of John Robartes, 1st Earl of Radnor. She is seated towards the left in front of a burgundy-red curtain, wearing a silver dress and blue robes adorned with pearls a and grey scarf with gold fringe and bands. Her head rests on the back of her right hand and her left hand is clasping drapery to her stomach.
