Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Saltram from the South West by Philip Hutchins Rogers (Plymouth 1794 - Lichenthal, Germany 1853), 1813. The house is seen in the distance, partly obscured by a large tree in the immediate foreground. There are also a clump of trees on the left and another smaller tree on the right and cows sit in the field nearby. The painting was exhibited at the Royal Academy in 1813.
