Summary
A hexagonal basket-shaped pomander pierced with landscape scenes enamelled in famille verte. Lip reserved with chrysanthemums in iron red. Lent by Captain and Mrs. G. F. Warre to the Exhibition of Enamelled Polychrome Porcelain of the Manchu Dynasty 1644-1912, held by The Oriental Ceramic Society May 23rd through July 21st, 1951, London, 48 Davies Street, No. 59. Captain George Francis Warre Collection, given to the National Trust by Mrs. George Ware in 1961.
