Summary
A circular sugar cover with carnation finial, pot a sucre Herbert, , part of a Sevres small cabaret painted in colours with floral swags suspended from puce drapery enclosing gilt dotted panels enriched with carmine and gilt harebell ornament and with turquoise trellis panels, the borders with blue and gilt scale work.

Marks and inscriptions
Interlaced Ls enclosing N for 1766, the decoration by Guillaume Noel. In 1766 Noel received 24 livres overtime for painting '1 Butteau plat 1 got -et sou -1 pot a sucre et 1 theyre'
