Summary
A black plastic computer floppy disk, one of two included with a Sinclair ZX Spectrum +3 Home Computer. The disk contains the video games ‘Gifts From The Gods’, ‘Mailstrom’ and ‘N.O.M.A.D.’ on Side One and ‘Supertest 1’, ‘Supertest 2’ and ‘Cosmic Wartoad’ on Side Two, all of which were produced by Amstrad. The disk is housed in a see through plastic container. The ZX Spectrum is a home computer designed by Sinclair Research between 1982 and 1987. It was one of the best selling British computer systems, selling over five million units. The +3 model released by Amstrad was the final official Spectrum model.
Provenance
Computer disk manufactured by Amstrad and included with a Spectrum ZX +3 Home Computer designed by Sinclair Research Ltd and released by Amstrad in 1987. Purchased from Comet in Burton On Trent on 12th December 1987. Transferred as a gift to The National trust on 15th November 2016.
