Summary
An eighty eight page instruction booklet for the Pokémon Stadium 2 video game cartridge. The paper booklet has a colour image from the game of two characters in combat in the centre of its front page, one of which is a dragon type character that is breathing fire. Below this is the trademark ‘Pokémon Stadium’ logo in yellow and red letters. In the top right corner of the front page is printed ‘NUS-R-NPOP-NHAU’. On the rear page there is a red Nintendo trademark logo. The booklet contains printed text and images detailing how to set up and play the game together with warranty information. The booklet is secured with two metal staples. Pokémon is a series of video games developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo.
Provenance
Printed in Germany and included with a Pokémon Stadium 2 video game cartridge manufactured in Japan for Nintendo Co. Ltd in 2000. Purchased by the National Trust Museum of Childhood via ebay on 17th September 2020 as part of the Collecting Cultures 'Exploring Childhoods' project.
