Summary
A plastic character doll of The Penguin, a villain and rival of the comic book character Batman made by The Mego Corporation. The doll is dressed in a plastic black top hat, a textile black coat with tails and white cuffs on the arms, a textile white jumper with black buttons, textile purple trousers with a black pinstripe and an orange fringe at the waist, textile white socks and black plastic shoes. He has a monocle in his right eye. The dolls arms, legs and head are moveable. The Penguin is one of the most enduring of the main villains in Gotham City who the fictional superhero Batman and his associate Robin attempt to bring to justice. Created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger, he first appeared in comic books in December 1941.
