Summary
An illustration by Nick Sharratt: ‘Fairy Rescue’. Mixed media on paper. The illustration is of three fairies, one in a yellow dress, one in a red dress and one in a white dress. The fairies are in a line with their arms round each other. The fairies on the left and right have yellow coloured hair and the one in the centre dark hair. The illustration is signed in ink by Nick Sharratt underneath the fairy dressed in white. The illustration is from the book ‘Fairy Treasure’ published by Macmillan Children’s Books in 2004. Nick Sharratt (b. 1962) is an English author and illustrator of children’s books.

Drawn and painted by Nick Sharratt circa 2004. Purchased by The National Trust Museum Of Childhood from Rogan’s Books on 15th July 2019 as part of the Collecting Cultures 'Exploring Childhoods' project.
