Summary
A Pelham Puppet named Tyrolean Girl she has light brown skin and blue eyes, red lips, yellow hair and on her head she wears a green hat decorated with yellow flower petals. She has a white blouse with a green type waistcoat decorated with yellow flower petals. She wears a red skirt decorated with white stars and has yellow feet. Strings are attached to her head, hands, waist and legs, the strings travelling up to a wooden cross bar operating mechanism.
Provenance
A gift to the National Trust Museum of Childhood by Miss Verity Holmes in 2017. Belonged to the donor as child probably bought for her as a present when aged 10 or 11.
