Summary
A doll's pram made in Great Britain by Triang Toys. The pram was bought for the donor's daughter for Christmas 1969. The body of the pram is made of white painted metal and is lined with white plastic coated fabric, fastened on with white plastic studs. The handle is made of silver coloured metal with a cream plastic hand grip. The hood and pram cover are made of faded navy fabric, with a white plastic lining. The metal mechanism for the hood is painted white on the interior, and left silver on the exterior. The pram cover is fastened on at the bottom with two white plastic studs, and two metal rings at the top hook over metal studs on the sides of the pram. The chassis of the pram is made of white painted metal with for rubber tyres and a pivoting metal brake. On either side of the body of the pram is a transfer of two yellow roses with green stems and leaves. On the front of the pram is a makers label, coloured cream, red and blue. The paint on the body of the pram is scuffed and chipped in places, particularly the front corners. The navy fabric is faded and the rubber tyres are starting to perish.
