Summary
A die-cast toy model 'Matchbox Superfast' vehicle; No.67 'Volkswagen 1600 TL'. The model is painted a metalic pink and has front doors that open on hinges. It is in fair condition with just a few scratches to the paintwork. The more common version is painted red; this colour way came with a box depicting the car as a purple colour.
Provenance
Collected and played with by donors’ late son, Marcus, and donated to the Museum of Childhood by Mr and Mrs John Parry in December 2010.
