Summary
A die-cast toy model 'Matchbox Series' vehicle, No. 17; "THE LONDONER". The model is of a london bus, painted red with cream plastic moulded seats inside, and stickers down either side of the main body saying "Swinging London" and "Carnaby Street". There are a few scratches to the paintwork at the corners, but otherwise the model is in good condition.
Provenance
Collected and played with by donors’ late son, Marcus, and donated to the Museum of Childhood by Mr and Mrs John Parry in December 2010.
