Summary
A die-cast toy model 'Matchbox Superfast' vehicle, No. 43; "DRAGON WHEELS". The model is a car painted bright green with a silver body underneath and stickers down either side of the outer body. The whole car body lifts up from the front, hinged at the back, and has a red plastic prop inside to allow it to remain open. This model has some small scratches to the paintwork, the front right wheel is coming off its pin, and the red prop has split apart in one place.
Provenance
Collected and played with by donors’ late son, Marcus, and donated to the Museum of Childhood by Mr and Mrs John Parry in December 2010.
