Summary
'Douglas', a die-cast model of one of 'The Scottish Twins' Douglas and Donald, from 'Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends'. Douglas is painted black with red and grey detailing and the number '10' painted on both sides in yellow and outlined in red. It has a moulded face, and painted on each side near the front the name 'Douglas' in yellow on a red background.
Provenance
Collected by donor’s children and given to the National Trust Museum of Childhood by Mrs Sue Fraser in August 2012.
