Summary
A die-cast metal model of 'Edward the Blue Engine' from 'Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends'. Edward is painted blue with black and red detailing, and the number '2' painted on each side in yellow and outlined in red. It has eight pairs of moveable blue wheels and a sticker face. Some scratches to the paintwork, and the sticker face is starting to come away.
Provenance
Collected by donor’s children and given to the National Trust Museum of Childhood by Mrs Sue Fraser in August 2012.
