Summary
A folder made from thin card, shaped like an orange pumpkin, which houses three theatre programmes. The first programme is for the pantomime Cinderella at Nottingham Playhouse, performances starting on 3 December 1987. On the front is printed 'Cinderella by Kenneth Alan Taylor, Nottingham Playhouse'. Inside are eight rectangular pages covering the history of Cinderella briefly, the cast, the musical accompaniment and several advertisements. On the inside of the back cover are several puzzles for children. The second programme is for the pantomime of Mother Goose at Nottingham Playhouse, first performance 5 December 1985. The cover is shaped like a blue and yellow roundabout and made of thin card with five geese as the 'horses'. Printed on the front is 'Mother Goose by Kenneth Alan Taylor, Nottingham Playhouse'. Inside are eight rectangular pages covering the history of Mother Goose, the cast, the musical accompaniment and several advertisements. On the inside of the back cover are several puzzles for children. The third programme is for the pantomime of Robin Hood at Nottingham Playhouse, first performance 4 December 1986. The cover is shaped like a green tree and made of thin card. Printed on the front is 'Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood by Kenneth Alan Taylor, Nottingham Playhouse'. Inside are eight rectangular pages covering the history of the Babes in the Wood and the Robin Hood story, the cast, the musical accompaniment and several advertisements. Inside the back cover are puzzles for children. There is also a card shaped like the head of Robin Hood and slotted into the back cover. This can be moved up and down so it appears that Robin comes out of the tree on the front cover. Total number of items is 4.
