Summary
A 19th century set of baby's or child's brown leather reins. They are lined with cream wool. Attached to the belt is a metal buckle at the front and two cross over shoulder straps at the back. Each shoulder strap has an adjustable buckle. On each side of the belt is a metal loop attached to which is a sprung clasp which would have hooked onto a corresponding loop in a pram.
