Summary
A cast iron money box in the shape of a house front, described as a 'Georgian house bank, late 18th century'. It has a brass door, windows, recessed circle and gable. Between the two upper windows is a slot surrounded by brass. The inner edge of the recessed circle is lined with brass coloured filigree. The letters 'ANK' in brass are beneath the slot, the 'B' is missing. Behind the two dimensional house front is a three dimensional cast iron box for holding one's savings. The whole is supported on a flat stand.
