Summary
Nine wood and metal model cannons, six of which are similar in design and three are all of a slightly different design. The six similar cannons all have a solid, wooden, rectangular base, and have steps cut out at one end. A long rectangular groove is cut through the middle and two slots are also cut out which hold the metal barrel. Two protrusions are located on either side of each metal barrel and these rest on the slots allowing the barrels to pivot up and down. Five of the barrels appear to be made from brass and the sixth, which is bigger than the rest, appears to be made from lead. The seventh cannon is small and made of wood and brass. The cannon is of a similar design to those described above, but the protrusions on the side of the barrel are held in place on the base by metal bars which are nailed on. The eighth cannon is small and made of wood and brass. The cannon is of a similar design to those described above, but the protrusions on the side of the barrel are held in place on the base by metal bars which are nailed on over the top. The base of this cannon is a triangular shape with a cut off top. It has four wheels, three of which are made from metal and one of which is made from wood. The ninth cannon is small and made of wood and brass. This cannon is different in design to the others as it has a tall triangular shaped base at the front and extends at the back. The barrel is lodged into the groove on the top. The part of the barrel which is lodged into the base is made from wood and the end is made from metal. A metal loop protrudes from the wooden end of the barrel. Total number of items is 9.
