Summary
A 19th century child's whip and top. The wooden handle is painted green at each end. A hole is drilled through the top end through which is threaded a removable piece of leather thong for the whip. It is knotted at the handle end. The wooden top is turned and the conical section is painted green and decorated with incised concentric rings. Its point is capped with a metal tip. Possibly late 19th, early 20th century. Total number of items is 2.
