Summary
A round felt pen wiper (possibly 19th century) which consists of three layers of felt joined together by a single stitch in the centre. The top layer is a brown circle with a pinked edge which is embroidered in faded blue wool. A pattern of eight flower heads and a star pattern in the middle. The middle layer is a light brown and the bottom layer dark red. The two bottom layers are stained with ink.
