Summary
A wooden triangular shaped peepshow (circa 1790). On each side is a circular viewing hole. The base of the peepshow is wooden, the top is glass enabling the viewer to see the interior. The interior displays a procession of wooden figures walking towards a church. Behind these figures are four columns decorated with garlands. Beyond the columns are 4 figures seated at a table laden with food. There are various other wooden figures, including 3 seated watching 2 women in white dresses dancing. These 5 figures are enclosed within a gazebo-type structure. Each of the interior walls is made of mirror. One was broken and has been conserved.
