Summary
A black box, the lid carries a colour printed label, showing a father and three children playing with a Minature Table Railway. The remaining contents comprises of 19 sections of interlocking railway line, one crossing, two keys, two signals and one electric pylon. The interior of the box has placement holes for one engine, one tender, one carriage and one guards van. The box also has a display label which carries the inscription 'A Minature Table Railway'. Lithographed tin plate, the track describing a figure of eight with clockwork-driven 2.40 loco and three coaches, station railway tunnel, telegraph poles and signals, all with their original box. Mid-1920's. Made by the German firm of Bing, whose trademark appears at the upper left of the label on the box lid, along with 'MINIATURE TABLE RAILWAY/Dr 2114'. Printed on the underside of the box is '81/3300/2.74'. Total number of items is twenty six
