Summary
A framed and glazed picture ('Children at Play 3') in a plain oak frame with brass rings screwed to the back. It is painted (or printed) on dark green paper, and depicts 18th or 19th century children with hoops and a hobby horse, whith a black and white dog wearing a red bow. The signature 'Cecil Aldin' is at the bottom right corner, and the title written on the back.
Provenance
Donated to the Museum of Childhood by Mr Peter Good in June 1983.
