Summary

A long metal locking bar, part of a set of furniture for a pair of wooden folding window shutters. The bar is mounted on a plate to the right of the right hand shutter and has a short hinged section at the bottom.

Provenance

Attingham collection; bequeathed to the National Trust with the estate, house and contents of Attingham by Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick (1877-1947) on 15th May 1953.
