Oil painting on canvas, An Unknown Lady by John Vanderbank the younger (London 1694 - London 1739), circa 1730/35. A half-length portrait of a young lady, turned to the right, wearing a white dress and crimson cloak, holding a wreath of flowers in both hands. A landscape and column can be discerned in the background.

Believed to be the 3rd Lord Berwick collection. 1913 Inventory p.89; bequeathed to the National Trust with the estate, house and contents of Attingham by Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick (1877-1947) on 15th May 1953.
