Summary
Small oblong indented meat dish, transfer printed in underglaze blue with 'Italian Lakes' pattern. Lovers in 18th century costume serenaded by a musician in the foreground, before a lake and Italianate villa. Border of bacchanals on a leaf ground. Manufactured by J.M.P. Bell and Co. of Glasgow between 1842 and 1928.
