Summary
Small oval sauce tureen stand with indented rim, moulded lion's mask handles and transfer printed in underglaze blue with 'Italian Views' pattern. Showing rural Italianate landscape to centre field, outer border of flowers, vase and putto. Manufactured by Don Pottery of Swinton, Yorkshire between 1790 and 1834.
