Summary
Fluted water jug, scalloped rim with wide spout, moulded leaf scroll handle and transfer printed with floral design. Floral sprays of various flowers and foliage, details picked out in enamel colours. Green line border to rim. Part of an earthenware washstand set manufactured by W.T. Copeland and Sons, supplied by Thomas Goode and Co., circa 1880, consisting of eleven pieces.
