Summary
A woman's hanging pocket or "sweet bag", made from of polychrome silk. The four-sided bag is decorated with a woven design of strawberries and foliage on two sides, with a depiction of quince trees in urns on the opposing faces. It has a drawstring top of silk cords with tassels (silk and silver metal thread), on a ground of silver and fully lined in pale green silk. Tapestry woven.
