Summary
A woman's sleeve from a pair of sleeves (part of a dress) made from slate blue grosgrain silk. The full-length sleeve, which has been removed from the bodice historically, is decorated with a combination of black cotton lace on the turned cuff and black cotton braid and is otherwise undecorated. It is fully lined in beige floral cotton sateen. Handwritten in black ink on the inner shoulder lining, "Kertland 1896", the donor.
