Summary
A woman's wedding skirt, part of an ensemble, made from cream grosgrain silk. The skirt, which has a short train, is trimmed with cream Maltese-style lace in two bands from waist to hem, with matching trim around the hem back. The skirt front is trimmed with a double layer of cream silk ribbon on the hem, with a stylised looped silk ribbon detail on the lower skirt front, left hand side. It is fully lined in white glazed cotton, with pleated scrim trimmed with white cotton lace on the inner hem and fastens centre back with two metal hooks and eyes, intact.
