Summary
Bracket clock by Jonathan Puller, London, the dial with silvered chapter ring and cherub head spandrels and calendar aperture and inscribed 'Jonathan Puller Londini fecit,' verge movement and the back plate engraved and signed. The domed ebonised base mounted with pierced silver plaques of putti and leafy scrolls, the escutcheons, handle, turned finials and circular feet also of silver. Circa 1690. The movement formally with quarter repeat, now missing. Jonathan Puller apprenticed 1676 free of Clockmakers Company 1683-1706.
