Portrait miniature, enamel, Julia Blackett, Lady Calverley (1683-1736), by Christian Friedrich Zincke (Dresden 1685 - Lambeth 1767). c.1693. Oval Head and shoulders portrait of a woman head inclined to the left, gazing at the spectator, wearing a low-cut pale blue dress edged with white lace. Dark blue eyes, long dark brown hair in ringlets, pale complexion, aged about 25. Light fawn background, lit from the right.
