Summary
Bottle or rosewater sprinkler, porcelain, of tapering pear shape, made in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province, China, c. 1695-1710; decorated in underglaze cobalt blue and a iron oxide brown glaze, the upper section painted with an incense burner or censer, a beribboned vase and other symbols from the Hundred Antiquities (babao), with decorative bands, base with brown or cafe-au-lait glaze.
