Summary
Giant, Gorge cased, French Carriage Clock, striking and repeating, by Drocourt. Movement No. 6618. Enamelled dial, with roman numerals, Inscribed: 'London and Ryder 17 New Bond Street'. Under glass dome. With original numbered key, Carriage clock French 2-train movement. Rack striking on a single gong with trip repeating in the top of the case. Gorge style case with an all-over engraved dial mask and circular white enamelled dial with Roman numerals in black. The dial signed LONDON & RYDER 17 NEW BOND ST. Lever platform escapement. Stamped on the movement back plate 6618. Stamped on the movement front plate HL. Original numbered winding key.
