Summary
A black lacquer small cabinet decorated with chinoiseries in gilt, wide gilt vermillion borders, two doors enclosing numerous drawers with hammered gilt metal fittings. Chinese, early 18th Century.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Huttleston Rogers Broughton, 1st Lord Fairhaven (1896-1966) with the house and the rest of the contents.
