Summary
A late seventeenth century lace box in olive wood oyster veneer on four small bulb feet, with two half drawers and a hinged moulded lid. The top is decorated with an oval inlaid pattern and banding. The interior is lined with green velvet. The two drawers have brass drop handles and concealed sliding locks inside the main box.

Bequeathed to the National Trust in 1988.
