Oil painting on canvas, Queen Charlotte (of Mecklenburg-Strelitz) (1744-1818), studio of Allan Ramsay (Edinburgh 1713 - Dover 1784), 1761/63. A full-length portrait, she is standing, three-quarters right with her left hand on a crown and wearing an ermine and green mantle, with a gold embroidered green skirt. On the left-hand side is a chair.
