Oil painting on canvas, A Shrine in a Grotto possibly by David Teniers the younger (Antwerp 1610 - Brussels 1690). A shrine in a grotto with a crucifix at left, two monks in the right foreground, figures kneeling and a hermit talking with a peasant. At right is a view of a monastic-looking building with a fence to the right and a house on a distant hill.
