Summary
Oil painting on canvas, An Unknown Lady, called Mrs Clark, British (English) School, circa 1720-30, and therefore possibly a portrait of a woman of the preceeding generation. A portrait of a woman shown half-length, turned slightly to the right, but with her head turned to the left, wearing a rose coloured dress, white chemise and brown cloak.

Purchased by the Ministry of Works through the National Land Fund and transferred to the National Trust for Dyrham Park in 1956
