Summary
One of a pair of Chelsea figures, a shepherdess stands on a scroll edged rococo base and wears elaborate flowered and gilt clothes with a puce cloak lined in yellow and a circlet of flowers in her hair. The lamb in her left arm is wrapped in a blue rug. Maker's mark - gold anchor mark. 1760 - 1765.
