Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Maria Louisa of Spain, Holy Roman Empress (1745 - 1792), Austro-German School, 18th century. A half-length portrait of a lady dressed in early 19th century style with plumes in har hair. Wearing a black dress. Inscribed Maria Theresa on the reverse. She was Holy Roman Empress, German Queen, Queen of Hungary and Bohemia, Grand Duchess of Tuscany as the spouse of Leopold II, Holy Roman Emperor (1747-1792).
